- In a pan roast cashews and leave aside.
- In a food processor add tomatoes, coriander,onion, cream, ginger, garlic,green chilli,kasoori methi, khoya and 1:4 cup cashews. Blitz it to a paste..
- In a pan add oil and cumin seeds. Once the oil is hot add the paste and let it cook for a minute. Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt, garam masala and cumin powder. Cover and let it cook for few minutes until the oil leaves sides. Add water if necessary..
