- Mix milk and egg..
- Pour the milk into the flour bowl and start to mix and beat it..
- While the dough form, add in the soften butter and keep beating the dough..
- When the dough can stretch like shown in the picture, the dough is ready..
- Cover the dough and do the first fermentation for 60 minutes..
- Press out the air in the dough and then round the dough again for the 2rd fermentation for 15 minutes..
- Roll out the dough and fold it. Then turn the dough 90 degree and then roll out and fold again (do three times in total)..
- Flat the dough and put some Nutella on it..
- Seal the join bit properly..
- Put the dough in a baking tin and do another fermentation for 60 minutes..
- Bake the dough in 180°C oven for 17-20 minutes. Enjoy. 😋.
